Important Outlet Information
Our Outlet offers exceptional savings on a range of clearance furniture. Depending on the individual product, items may include brand-new overstock, cancelled orders, discontinued lines, ex-display models or customer returns.
The condition and origin of each item will vary, so please refer to the individual product description for details specific to the item you are purchasing. Where an item is described as Brand New or New Overstock, it is being sold as a new product and is not an ex-display or used item.
Ex-display, returned or clearance items may show minor signs of handling, storage or display, such as small marks, scuffs or other cosmetic imperfections. Where we are aware of any significant imperfections, we will aim to identify these in the product description and/or photographs.
Due to the nature of Outlet stock, quantities are often extremely limited and many offers are one-off opportunities, when they're gone, they're gone.
Product images may include manufacturer, catalogue or AI photography for illustration. Colours and finishes can vary depending on lighting, photography and screen settings, so please refer to the individual product description for the specific colour, fabric and finish being offered. Nothing beats viewing it in person at our retail outlet.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
